Glad to see my hubby’s fellow West Virginians are also embracing the world of dubious lawsuits…in a state where fast food is a staple, you’ve got to ask yourself whether a person with a severe allergy to cheese ought to take it on trust that the CHEESEburger he has just ordered from someone being paid three peanuts an hour to prepare is really safe to eat. After all if you want to be sure your food isn’t contaminated with allergens a mass production fast food chain is probably NOT the best place to eat. I’d have looked before scoffing – this guy bit into his burger in a darkened room without looking. Law aside, I’d say you have to take a little responsibility for what you put in your own body there…
