I am mum to a child with complex sen who cannot access school and is a child in need. As I and my solicitor have fought vociferously for my son the LEA hate me and allocated me the s/w from hell. She was briefed and biased against me from the onset, wrote a damning personal c/a about me, refused to put anything positive and reported me to child protection for emotional abuse. I now have the c/p trawling around behind ny back trying to get someone to dish some dirt on me, which so far has been unsuccessful. Nertheless they have terrified me so much that my family life and enjoyment of is nil. I am now taking them to J/R, preliminary is this wk with the expertise of a barrister from the Doughty chambers. I will never bow down to the bullying s/s. My life is a nightmare and my hair is falling out due to the single fact that I strongly advocated for my disabled son who can't speak for himself.
