Elsewhere some solicitors somewhere are intending judicially reviewing Cafcass over their failures to provide children with guardians (with or without names) when they need them. But, being a  bit of a  cynic skeptic, I doubt these small setbacks will deter Cafcass from its aim of bureaucratizing the whole concept of childhood and parenthood before moving on to domination of the earth and then the entire universe.
