well, a combination of moving house on Friday and a lack of a babysitter has put paid to any idea I had to swim or run this week. All the packing and unpacking coupled with managing the baby on my own whilst the other half is away have left me completely knackered. I have managed no more than a nice long walk with the dog this morning. But a new week begins tomorrow and I will get going again then. I hope I haven’t slipped back too far…
