FYI – I am in the USA for a couple of weeks attempting to avoid all the dreaded christmas contact disputes that are clogging up the court lists. Hence, I am unlikely to be posting much until 2008, since I will be spending most of my time eating cholesterol filled junk.

My distinct lack of posting in the last few weeks has been largely due to my frantic attempts to get everything work-wise wrapped up before whizzing off over the pond.

However, I may be spending some time visiting a courthouse in West Virginia, and will report back on that experience between pancakes.
