    Wouldn’t it be refreshing for them to say ‘Lets deal with ALL domestic Violence’ rather than just against women.

    Even Government statistics say 25% of DV is against men.

    But then I suppose that the Womens groups aren’t that concerned about men.

    Still, at least pets are getting a good deal

      Sure you’re right about DV against men. But there’s giffering degrees of domestic violence and I suspect that the vast majority of rape is by men against women rather than vice versa which is what the rape crisis centres are there to deal with. which is not to say that there is enough provision for men suffering from dv, but sexual violence and in particular is a very specific crime.
