Thought I would post a link to the rather excellent and very informative note from John Halford and Francesca Allen at Bindmans on the Public Law Project’s website, which spells out the routemap for challenging s10 LASPO exceptional funding refusals through judicial review – and for obtaining legal aid to do so. It would make a very depressing flow chart!
